Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made by phone or email. Otherwise funds will be accepted as a donation.

A $25 service fee per person will be kept for all registration cancellations.
All other money will be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 6 weeks to be issued.
*All purchases made on a credit card will be refunded to the same card.  All other forms of purchases (check/cash) will be refunded by check.  Refunds will be made out and sent to the guardian listed on the camper registration form.
