Responsibilities/Duties
Oversee the preperation and service of camp meals
Oversee 2 assistant cooks as well as volunteers
Write thank you cards to volunteers that assist in the kitchen
Keep inventory records of food and paper goods
Placing weekly orders for food and paper goods
Adhere to sanitation regulations and policies
Begining and ending of the year kitchen/dining hall clean up

6:30 Begin preparing breakfast
8:00 Serve breakfast
8:45 Clean up from breakfast and prepare lunch/dinner
12:00 Serve Lunch
12:30 Clean up from lunch and prepare for dinner
1:30 Free time
4:15 Final preperations for dinner

Maintain chemical balance and cleanliness of pool
Setting up of lake and pool equipment
Running the camp store
Helping after meals with clean up

Oversee the set up of the dining hall for each meal
Ensure that the SAH students are on task and fulfilling their responsibilities
Oversee all SAH student job tasks
Lead daily devotion with SAH students
